About

The Proceduralist is a patient case column dedicated to the emergency clinician. It includes images, videos, columns and conversation about procedures in the emergency department and urgent care settings. The cases are of real patients with real problems. They offer their body and images to us for teaching and continuing medical education. The goal is to help teach and inspire the clinician with procedural tips, our interactive cases and video. We also include important information from a series of experts in all fields of medicine, nursing and science.

Note: Hang in there while we update and add to our new website!
